Hollie works on a diverse range of development matters for residential and commercial developers, involving a variety of properties including residential housing estates with retail premises, retail parks, and industrial estates.

- Advising on the £10m site acquisition of industrial estate in Hertfordshire from pension investment fund, with associated estate management focusing on the future development of the site to provide a mixed-use residential led scheme.
In her spare time, Hollie is restoring an old 1930s Art Deco property in South East London.
