Fiona Price is a solicitor in the Commercial Development team. She advises property developers, funders and investors on commercial development transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters.
Fiona advises clients on a wide range of development matters, including acquisition, development, sale and financing of commercial and mixed-use schemes. Her experience includes retail sectors, residential, offices, student accommodation and car parks.
Fiona also acts for property investors on their ongoing property portfolio management, as well as, advising on landlord and tenant matters.

- Acting on the acquisition of large-scale property portfolios for investors for HMO use.
- Acting for the tenant of a car park for Europe's largest shopping development worth £1bn.

- Acting for corporate landlords on day-to-day property management matters involving large mixed-use developments and portfolios of properties.
Fiona is a keen runner and ran the London Marathon in October 2021.
