Bob Sadler is a senior solicitor with extensive experience in all aspects of planning and highways.
He is highly experienced with complex section 106 agreements, planning appeals, highways issues (including all forms of agreement), large mixed-use developments, hotels, residential development and Assets of Community Value.
He also drafts complex contracts conditional on planning, analyses planning decision documents for judicial review risk and is adept at tying together complex documents in development deals.
