Jenna is a senior paralegal within the Real Estate Dispute Resolution Team and assists the team with a wide range of contentious property issues.
Jenna assists landlords, tenants and developer clients across many real estate dispute resolution sectors, such as:
- residential possession proceedings, involving issues such as trespass, rent arrears, harassment and breaches of covenant
- lease renewals for commercial tenants and landlords
- break notices
- debt recovery
- adverse possession
- commercial dilapidations
- forfeiture
- easement disputes
- boundary disputes
Jenna is also completing her Solicitors Qualifying Examinations and training alongside her work.
Jenna is a keen runner and has even done a charity run alongside Mo Farah.
