As the number of empty spaces on high streets continues to increase, landlords are looking more and more to serviced office providers to fill the gaps. This would certainly be very convenient for start ups and small businesses who cannot afford big office spaces and perhaps would want to stay closer to home. This may also complement offerings on the high street by leisure providers who have recently taken up more vacant spaces. This in my view can only be a positive trend. Perhaps this pattern will allow the high street to regain a community and evolve as somewhere where you can rest, work and play!
