Very pleased to learn that the Government has today approved changes to the rules surrounding conveyancing which allow further digital land registration with effect from April 2018. Anything that makes procedures simpler and quicker is welcomed. I am pleased to see they have one eye on cyber security as it is imperative that the security and integrity of the Land Registry is maintained.
