Government has issued draft bill on Overseas Entities registration and is inviting consultation

The Government is pressing ahead with its plans to establish a new beneficial ownership register of property ownership by overseas entities. It is inviting consultation by 17th September 2018. My concern remains that this does not deal with concerns over personal and commercial privacy and may discourage foreign investment in UK property which is detriment to the UK interest.
